Shipping
Global Stained Glass Supply offers a number of shipping options using United
States Postal Service and UPS. Our customers are provided with accurate, up-
to-the-minute, shipping information before checkout. By linking directly to the
shipping companies' databases, Global Stained Glass Supply can provide shipping
costs based on the total weight of all items in the shopping cart and the destination
zip code. For exact shipping costs please add item(s) to the shopping cart and
enter your zip code and our shipping system will calculate the shipping costs.
Your shipping price is based on your entire order as long as it is delivered to one
place. These rates reflect the cost of shipping your order to a location within the
United States via the displayed carrier method. If you want to ship to a military
APO/FPO address, you must use the U.S. Postal Service. UPS will not ship
packages to a P.O. Box. A physical street address is required on all UPS orders or
you must select a U.S. Postal Service method. Currently, Global Stained Glass
Supply only ships within the United States.
Some chemicals we sell require ground transportation only. Due to their flammable nature, federal law prohibits them from being shipped via aircraft. These items are clearly marked as "Ground Shipping Only" on their product images and description. UPS Ground must be chosen as the ship method, otherwise we reserve the right to ship the order via USPS parcel post.
Returns Wrong Item Ordered: Complete customer satisfaction is our goal at Global
Stained Glass Supply. If you are not completely satisfied with your order,
please contactcustomersupport@globalsgs.comwithin 14 business days of receiving your order. Upon contacting our customer
support department you will receive a Return Authorization Number (RA#)
and further instructions regarding your return. All returns must be undamaged
and in their original, unopened packaging. Shipping charges are NOT refundable.
Returns made to Global Stained Glass Supply will be refunded in the form
of the original payment method. Wrong Item Shipped: Every order we ship is triple checked for
accuracy before shipping. If your order has an error, please accept our

Upon contacting our customer support department you will receive a Return
Authorization Number (RA#) and further instructions regarding your return.
We will incur the cost for return UPS Ground shipping of the incorrect
item and immediately send the correct replacement. All returns must be
undamaged and in their original, unopened packaging. Missing Item: Some small items seem to "e;hide"e; in the
foam packing peanuts. Often we will attach multiple items together for
rigidity during shipping. Please check all shipped boxes thoroughly. If
your order is missing an item which is listed on the order invoice, please

We will immediately ship out the missing item at no cost to you.
Defective Item: At Global Stained Glass Supply, we hand pick each
item in our inventory based on quality and performance. If you have received
an item you believe to be defective, contactcustomersupport@globalsgs.comwithin 14 business days of receiving your order. If the item has NO manufacturer's
warranty, our customer support department will issue you a Return Authorization
Number (RA#) and further instructions regarding your return. We will incur
the cost for return UPS Ground shipping of the defective item and immediately
issue a replacement or refund. Global Stained Glass Supply is not authorized to maintain, repair, or
replace warranty items. For items WITH a manufacturer's warranty (tools,
grinders, soldering irons, etc.), you must contact the manufacturer.

Shipping Damage: At Global Stained Glass Supply, we package each
order with extreme care. If an order appears damaged (i.e. dented box
corner), do not refuse the delivery. Have the carrier note the damage
before signing the delivery receipt. If you discover a problem after you've
accepted delivery, please contact our Customer Support department atcustomersupport@globalsgs.com.
We may be able to resolve the problem without requiring you to return
the item. You should retain all packing material until you're completely
satisfied with the condition and performance of your purchase. Doing so
will make it easier to return the item if necessary. The carrier may wish
to inspect the packaging materials and merchandise. If an item return
is necessary, we will arrange the return shipment with UPS and promptly
ship replacement merchandise. Only defective or unopened software and DVD/Video movies can be returned
to Global Stained Glass Supply. Privacy We value your privacy. Global Stained Glass Supply will never sell or
give your personal information to any company. We will not contact you
about issues other than a submitted order without your permission. Your
personal information is secure with the highest level of on-line security.
We use 128-bit SSL (Secure Socket Layer) to secure all sensitive data
transactions. Credit Cards Global Stained Glass Supply accepts Visa and MasterCard credit cards.
We do not apply any surcharge for credit cards. Credit card charges are
not submitted until day of shipment. When using your credit card, please
provide your credit card billing address if different from the shipping
address.
Sales Tax We are required to charge sales tax on all orders shipped to Georgia addresses.
No sales tax will be charged on orders shipped outside the state of Georgia. Limitation of Liability Under no circumstances, including, but not limited to, negligence, shall
Global Stained Glass Supply be liable for any direct, indirect, special,
incidental or consequential damages, including, but not limited to, loss
of data or profit, arising out of the use, or the inability to use, the
materials on this site. If your use of materials from this site results
in the need for servicing, repair or correction of equipment or data,
you assume any costs thereof. Global Stained Glass Supply assumes no liability
or responsibility for any errors or omissions in the content of this web
